U.S. and Canadian customers will usually receive their order 2-3 days from shipping date. International customers outside the countries listed above can expect delivery within 5 to 8 business days.

First step is to contact our customer support team to get your Return Authorization Number. Afterwards you just need to ship it back to our office in Canada.

Yes. If you are doing a return or exchange within 30 days you will still need to pay for shipping to our office in Canada.

If your Finsen Light has any issue within the 60 day warranty period, please contact our customer support team. They will be able to provide you with a return authorization number under your warranty. Warranty claims and product issues are rare but if they occur customers will be refunded any shipping costs (excluding taxes & duties).

Finsen customers can exchange their UV light within 30 days of receiving their order. Return shipping costs to our office in Canada would be at your expense and we would provide you with a store credit in our online shop.


Finsen Light products come with a 60 day warranty from the day they receive their order. To activate their warranty they customers must activate their account by Clicking Here.

The Tomahawk is rated for 500 charges and the Jaegar maintain disinfecting performance for over 5000 hours. Our 60 day warranty includes coverage should customers experience the following issues:

- Charging Up Light

- Battery Pack not charging (Tomahawk only)

- AC Power adapter not working

- UV light not turning on 

Although rare if any of the issues above occur within 60 days of receiving the order, Finsen will replace or repair your item free of charge.

Yes. You will pay the cost of shipping back to us when item is approved under warranty. Customers with approved warranty issue will receive a online store credit to offset for the shipping cost.

Finsen UVC light products have a limited lifespan and will eventually need to be replaced. The TomaHawk portable UV light lasts up to 500 charges and the Jaegar usually maintain performance for 5,000+ hours. If your Finsen UV light starts to fade or fails after the timeframe above its perfectly normal. It just means its time to order another Finsen UV Light.
